Farm of 66 ha in total, lying very near to the magnificent Langeberg Mountains, around 22 kilometers from the lovely town of Swellendam in the Overberg area of the Western Cape. There are 42 ha of arable lands of which 17 ha are irrigatable and the remaining 25 ha cultivated for successful production of dry land grazing with the annual rainfall being higher nearer to the mountains. The remaining 24 ha is mountain veld, roads, domestic use and a few ha of river frontage.

There are three ha of peaches planted, one ha of Oom Sarel, one ha of Keisies and one ha of Zandvliet. The orchards were planted around the year 2000 and are mostly in or near full production. The spitter irrigation is gravity fed without using a pump. There is also one ha of vines, which is around 8 years old and of the Chard neigh variety for the production of white wine. Spitter irrigation is also here installed. There are further 9 ha of permanent irrigation for production of animal grazing.

Mountain water quota is for 10 ha flood irrigation via the share furrow system at 36 hours per 14 days running into a collective dam higher up on the property, that has been connected to another larger dam with underground pipeline from where distribution to orchards, vines and permanent irrigation is done.

The main house has 4 large bedrooms,3 bathrooms, well fitted kitchen, two reception areas with indoor barbeque, garage and a bachelors flat with own bathroom. There is also an outdoor barbeque area with own bathroom and Jacuzzi. The second house is situated about 100 meters away and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, garage and barbeque on veranda. There is a well managed vegetable garden for own consumption.

Two laborers homes are available of which only one is presently used.

The property is offered as a running concern and 100 Dormer sheep, 12 beef cattle as well as the following machinery are included: Fiat 880 tractor, Massey Ferguson 135 tractor, Erdvark disc plough, 21 tooth scarifier, 2 wheel tipping trailer, fruit bin trailer, on wheels orchard mist blower, tractor mounted boom sprayer and numerous hand tools as used. There is also a huge machinery shed as well as a meat processing area that include a professionally built 12 square meter cool room.

The property is situated on a dead end road with only the neighbor's car passing, in a natural and scenic beautiful area near to the magnificent Langeberg Mountains.
